kilo of fresh Ume Plums to 20 grams of dark thick paste. The concentrate
is 30 times the strength of umeboshi, without the sodium of the pickled
Ume Plum. This balancing and bracing gift of the vegetable kingdom has
been wisely used for centuries by athletes, emperors and armies.
Directions: Use enclosed spoon to dissolve 1 gram Plum Concentrate in 1
cup of tea or hot water. Add Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce to taste.Product of
