The Panasonic outdoor color pan/tilt camera that can be viewed and
controlled from a standard Web browser, video display, or even a
compatible cell phone or PDA. Place an Outdoor Wireless Network Pan/Tilt
Camera in your home, office, vacation home or almost anywhere else that
you'd like to keep an eye on things, with no PC required on location!
Each camera also comes with a free Web address, which can track the
camera automatically. All of the required software, including for
controlling and emailing upon events, is already inside the camera.The
Outdoor Wireless Network Pan/Tilt Camera can communicate wirelessly with
standard 802.11b/g wireless devices, allowing the flexibility to install
and operate the camera anywhere, without running network wires. Its SSID
filtering and powerful 64/128/152 bit WEP encryption helps to protect
your wireless network from illegal intrusion. IPsec also provides
security for the transmission of sensitive information over unprotected
networks, including the Internet. Each camera has a built-in web server
with IP address. Communication via Ethernet cable is also available.
This camera features a CCD (Charged Couple Device) for sharp, enhanced
image expression. The image refreshing speed of 30 images per second
provides smooth displays of moving images. The color night view mode
even allows you to monitor the camera in low illumination.Record images
captured by the camera onto your PC or directly onto an SD Memory Card
(sold separately). If you enable alarm buffer/transfer, you can record
the image at the timing of signal detection of a door sensor or light.
About 58,000 images can be recorded to a 1GB SD memory card. If you
enable one-minute interval timer buffer/transfer, you can record the
images for about 41 days.The camera can be set up automatically,
obtaining the network settings utilizing a DHCP feature on the router.
